Refund Policy

Introduction

The "Bulletin of Management Review" (BMR) is committed to providing its authors and readers with a high-quality publication experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

  • Article Withdrawal Before Review: Authors who withdraw their article before the review process begins are eligible for a full refund of their submission fee.
  • Article Withdrawal During Review: Authors who withdraw their article after the review process has begun but before a final decision is made are eligible for a 50% refund of their submission fee.
  • Article Rejection After Review: Authors whose articles are rejected after the review process are not eligible for a refund of their submission fee. However, the reviewers' comments and feedback will be provided to the author(s) to help them improve their work.
  • Journal Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers who cancel their subscription before the end of their current subscription period are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining issues left in the subscription.

Refund Ineligibility

  • Missed Deadlines: Authors who miss submission deadlines are not eligible for a refund of their submission fee.
  • Plagiarism or Fabrication: Authors who submit plagiarized or fabricated work are not eligible for a refund of their submission fee.
  • Duplicate Submissions: Authors who submit the same article to multiple journals simultaneously are not eligible for a refund of their submission fee.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact the BMR editorial office at [email protected] and clearly state the reason for your request. We will process your request within 10 business days and issue a refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the submission or subscription fee.
